Sweetling is an SMS-based platform that engages postpartum patients across the full year after childbirth and flags risk early enough for clinicians to act. We integrate physical, mental, and social health into one real-time risk score, then route alerts down two pathways: clinical escalation for urgent concerns, community-based support for the rest. Built to strengthen the patient's existing care team and catch warning signs weeks before they would otherwise surface.
